Cleveland Rehabilitation Hospital Breaks Ground in Seven Hills

SEVEN HILLS, Ohio — A new chapter in healthcare is coming to Rockside Road.

Mayor Anthony Biasiotta joined city officials and staff last week for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Cleveland Rehabilitation Hospital, a state-of-the-art medical facility that promises to bring advanced rehabilitation services, patient-centered care, and economic opportunity to Seven Hills.

The project is a collaboration between LSB Seven Hills LLC, Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, Cross Development, Meyer Najem, and architecture firm Perkins & Will.

City leaders credited the development team — along with the persistence of city staff — for turning the vision into reality.
